INGREDIENTS

2 OZ SALQA REPOSADO
¾ OZ PINEAPPLE SYRUP
1/2 OZ LEMON JUICE
2 1/2 OZ COLD BREW

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously for 15 seconds, serve in a highball glass with ice, garnish with coffee beans and a little grated dark chocolate. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
