Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging—to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin.lima@destileriaandina.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Manuel Segura 174 - Barranco - Lima, Peru.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items will not be accepted for return without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges 

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item. 

Refunds 

We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
