INGREDIENTS
2 OZ MATACUY
¾ OZ SACHATOMATE SYRUP
1/2 OZ LEMON JUICE
1 OZ CLARIFIED APPLE JUICE
METHOD
Place the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously without ice for 10 seconds. Then add 4 ice cubes and shake for another 10 seconds. Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with a fennel flower.
