En un vaso mezclador, combina el Salqa Añejo, Campari, Avelino Rojo y hielo en cubos. Revuelve bien para enfriar la mezcla servir en vaso old fashioned con hielo cubo de 5x5 cm. Decorar con piel de naranja.

Made with sugarcane from the Apurímac Valley (Curahuasi), Salqa Añejo is aged for three years in second- and third-use oak barrels—bourbon, rye, and stout—with a light contribution from Andean and Amazonian woods, including capulí and copaiba.

Aged exposed to the elements, the spirit undergoes a dynamic process shaped by daily temperature variations of up to 30°C, along with marked shifts between the dry and rainy seasons. The result is a unique character that captures the essence of the place where it’s produced.
