1.5 OZ of DOUBLE ESPRESSO
1/2 OZ 1 GUM SYRUP
1 ICE SHOVEL
METHOD
In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with two roasted coffee beans.
